like my civil war post . i would like members opinon on the excellent 1989 edward zwick directed amercian civil war film " glory" . telling the true story of the first black regiment to fight for the north. the 54th of massachusetts.full of good performances and film is moving and stirring and has a very good soundtrack from james horner.matthew broderick as the young white commander has never been better in my opinon.
