I think we need a major tribute on the site.

It seems from what I’ve been reading his death was a little unusual. He seemed ok and was talking after the accident but then passed away. There is some controversy about how long the ambulance waited before leaving for the hospital.

I keep having to adjust the volume in the youtube settings to hear sound, never used to have to do that.
