Apparently there were some exploitation-style westerns made in the late 60s/early 70s that had some sexual content. Both in Italy and USA.
Anybody seen any of these?
Yes, I have seen a U.S one called a Dirty Western made around 1975,and is interesting to say the least.
I have a very sad movie that is called “ein lange ritt nach eden” its a 70 softcore german western, there´s not mutch to see, maybe some boobies 
that come in the screen.
Im waiting on “brand of shame” also softcore, there is also a brasilian hardcore porn western were our friend django is the mean star.
and ofcours “porno-erotic western” but I believe its never released on vhs or dvd.
a dirty western is still available on dvd.

lola colt, has no sex porn or titty in it.
the mean carecter “lola” plays a “entertainer” but thats it.

I’ve seen the trailer and read few reviews of Dirty Western. Probably very trashy film with bad porn scenes. But there’s dvd release if you’re interested :
