El tunco Maclovio (Alberto Mariscal, 1970)

I’m not totally sure, but I think I may have stumbled upon a 1990 sequel…

Google-translated:
Going to see Sara Montano, El tunco Maclovio is killed by the people of Laura Montano, the girl’s mother . Sara gives birth to a child and dies. The child is rescued from death by Juan Mariscal, who takes him to the young Marcellus, the friend of Tunco to his cabin in the mountains, where his mistress Yara caregiver. John loses his memory in an attack on the people of Laura. Yara dying confesses her origin. Marcelo die when assaulting a road with Laura money . Young understands how sterile the fight and asks Laura to desist from taking his land to the shepherds in the region. He is attacked by people but she beat all without hurting Laura. Juan gets memory and joins son Tunco to find your destination .

Juan Mariscal is the same character name in both films played by Mario Almada, so I guess it must be a sequel?

This last poster seems to be taken out of Cut-throats 9, or the other way around.

Yea its other way round. The image originally belongs to El Tunco (that is him on the poster) but at some point it was used for CT9, I think it may have just been a dvd distributor which used it for some reason but I’m not sure

I am afraid I can’t share the general enthusiasm about this film. The plot was a mess, the editing had serious issues, the gore was laughable at times, the gunplay far from impressive etc. The score was quite OK though. Despite the positive reviews I didn’t expect much and, even under those circumstances, the film, for me, had very little to offer.
