Well how about a 2 disc LVC box set.

Disc 1 contains The Big Gundown and Death Rides a horse
Disc 2 contains Gods Gun and Captain Apache ;D

A must buy then  .

I got this directly from Warner’s website already. Amazon is not listing it as available until the end of April. This is definitely worth purchasing. It’s too bad that more John Ireland SW’s aren’t released in quality English versions. I believe he did 11 SW’s and “hate for Hate” is the fourth quality release. The others being “Gun for 100 Graves”, “Run Man Run” and “Gatling Gun”. I really would like to see his others released particularly “Taste of Death”.

Taste of Death is released by Sinister Cinema, with an atrocious picture quality though. Anyway it’s better than nothing.
As regards Hate for Hate, it’s pretty expensive. I’d even pay for it 12 or 15 bucks, but not 20. I’ll try to purchase it by ebay.

taste of death, good idea!!!

The Tramplers (Gli uomini dal passo pesante)

The Tramplers (Gli uomini dal passo pesante)[/quote]

Good news! I’ve always liked this western with Gordon Scott.

July or August:

“Koch Media Italowestern Enzyklopädie” with the following movies:

  • Cowards Don’t Pray (I vigliacchi non pregano)
  • A Sky Full Of Stars For A Roof (…e per tetto un cielo di stelle)
  • Gentleman Killer (Gentleman Jo… uccidi)
  • Roy Colt and Winchester Jack (Roy Colt e Winchester Jack)

Cowards Don’t Pray is the one I’am waiting for.

I wish that the Koch box sets would actually have some sort of thematic connection between the films. Putting 4 random films together in a box and calling it an “Encyclopedia”, well its a bit wierd for me.

well it’s “no.1” so once you have 10 of them in a row, and u watch them all, it’s quite encyclopedic

Any info on when it will be available for order?
