The winner would be the one who managed to sneak up behind the other and shoot him in the back! Probably Angel Eye’s, on the basis that he was able to sneak up on Blondie and Tuco while they were “exhuming” Arch Stanton. In OUATITW there is no evidence to suggest that Frank is particularly light footed. In a face to face duel, who knows?
