i like I Mute Senza Cavalli (good atmosphere, good faces, nice cnematography), but I don’t understand the title
Senza Cavalli means of course ‘without horses’
But:
I = ‘One’ or ‘ik’ ?
Mute = English ?
A great title would have been:
Sordomuto, senza cavalli (Doofstom, zonder paarden)
I checked the title with an Italian girl I know.
It should say in English: The mutes without horses.
But (I admit) : Sordomuto, senza cavalli sounds great.

In that case it should be I Muti senza cavalli
(Dutch)
Woorden op -o zijn doorgaans mannelijk, en hebben een meervoud op -i (muto, muti / cavallo, cavalli)
Woorden op -a zijn doorgaans vrouwelijk en hebben een meervoud op -e (donna, donne)
‘mute’ zou mogelijk zijn, maar dan zouden de schutters vrouwen moeten zijn (ll muto = de stomme man, la muta = de stomme vrouw)
Het lidwoord zou dan ‘Le’ zijn (meervoud van ‘la’)

‘mute’ would be possible, but in that case, the two men should be women (il muto= the mute man, la muta = the mute woman)
The article should in that case be ‘le’ (plural form of ‘la’)
I know: Italian is very tricky
I guess Italian girls also…
It must be a misunderstanding, this is basic Italian grammar (morphology actually), impossible that she made such a mistake
You must have misunderstood her, or she must have misunderstood you
Next time I need an Italian title I contact you.
Contact the both of us, to be absolutely sure …
The “work” title of the next film is “Water” I don’t see any laguage problems yet…
