Do it yourself western

that’s the spirit!

A nice day it was. Nice weather, great cast and crew and Veltins afterwards. I look forward to seeing the result!

I’ll take some stills soon.
Had a good time
Watch out for Butch Mc Cloud!

hah, Hunrgy Bears don’t dance… We have exactly the same saying in Bulgaria!

Butch McCloud is really spaghetti. A great character!

I am very much looking forward to seeing the results Hungry_Bear! Especially watching Bad Lieutenant’s acting debut…

Haha, seing good (bad ;)) ol’ Harm in a film…

It will take some time to edit this one,
But Harm didn’t harm the shoot, actually he was good!

I´m sure with some fine editing it will look like I´m good ;D

And this one has even a “making off”

Tommorow I’ll start editing…

More like a horrible companion piece; an ugly brother. Only fun if you don’t speak Dutch, haha.

Any people in it (apart from Hich himself) I know by name ?

Hungry Bear is in there in the beginning, if you watch closely.

The bald guy who drives plays Ringo. The other guy in the car did the sound for the short.
The dog is not a labrador.

Some stills of the characters

Are you using a filter?

filtersssssss,
always fighting with the “videolook”.

Just trying some options in sound and colors now.

Seeing it on screen, Ringo’s golden pants are definitely a winner!

Is the editing process finished?

Looking good Hungry_Bear. I will be among the first to watch it when the is completed (you are putting it you YouTube aren’t you?)!

Hell yes!
It’s gonna be on youtube

@BL
so far I’m verry happy with the golden trousers matching the hat and jacket,
dam’n I’ll probably get a name for myself as a director focusing on wardrobe and props and not finishing my scripts in time
though I think in the end nobody’s gonna notice we finished the script during the shoot. (actually it was the same with I Mute Senza Cavalli)

It’s gonna take some time, we took a lot of shot’s from different angles…
I’m now setting the mood in color and sound aiming for royality free music and nice samples.
(only loaded a few shot’s in my computer so far)
keep ya posted.

Cool! I shall await patiently.
As far as the script goes, I think it worked out nicely.
Was also thinking about the fact that my head was too big for any of your hats (or the hats too small). This actually turns in favour of the film, as my character is meant to be an outsider, or third party. This way the character is also set apart in terms of apparel.
So sometimes things work out fine unintentionally. That and the fact that there were plenty of ideas to work with. Only time was an enemy, otherwise you could have done the hat shooting thing.
