Both Fistful of Dollars and For a Few Dollars More are now sold out on the Arrow web-site and on Amazon UK. Some wag is offering £700 for FoD.
Assume a standard edition, minus the booklet, will come out at some point in the future.

Details on Arrow’s re-issues are added to the database and calendar.
I don’t even have a chance anymore. The prices are always too high and they sell out before I have enough in savings.
I hope these regular edition re-releases will be available in ample quantities 
Cauldron films have teased an upcoming Western release. Might be nothing but they did release Shanghai Joe last year so there is some hope it could be another Spaghetti!

from bluray.com forums: " Eagle Pictures just announced a new 4Kult Premium Edition for The Dollars Trilogy. They said that there are high chances that they will use the 4K Master with Dolby Vision from Arrow Video. More info soon…"
