[Blu-ray] Latest and Upcoming Releases šŸ“€

Of course @Admin but is there a typo? You said above in this thread El Rojo but in the news calender it says El Topo for December.

But I never said December

Yep found it! November 17th…possibly cut though

I know that Severin Films released Bruno Mattei’s films as well as Eurocrime films featuring Tomas Milian. So they might be the best company to release a Fidani boxset considering they have connections with Italian filmmakers and stars from the 70s and 80s.

Yep they are my favourite Italian genre movie releasing company right now and aren’t afraid to do gigantic box sets but they have never released a spaghetti western mostly doing in horror, action, sleaze but it sure would be welcome if they entered spaghetti western country.

Heads up to anyone thinking of pre-ordering the Savage Guns box set from Amazon in the US: at the moment, the listing seems to be mixed-up/combined with Arrow’s release of Day of the Locust. So you might want to wait a bit before they sort that out…

I believe only the cover is wrong but maybe one might want to hold off on placing the order until they have fixed the mistake which I am sure must be known by now (reported it myself twice and Arrow is surely controlling their listings too)

I order through Bullmoose.com and they are usually pretty good about getting pre-orders up quickly but this one is still MIA…been checking daily.

The U.S. Amazon now has two entirely different links for Savage Guns, one with the wrong cover and the other with the right one. This is the link with the right one: Amazon.com

This is the ā€œCanadianā€ ASIN as far as I understand but will work on verifying. I think the wrong cover will ar some point simply be fixed. The description text is correct after all

Maybe this can be included in some sort of gothic western set alongside Revenge of Ringo, Django the Bastard and Django Kill.

I hope they will have the ā€œdefinitiveā€ editions of FOD and FAFDM. I have the MGM blu-rays and the audio is pretty weak and overly noise-reduced on those.

By the way, ā€œActors ā€ : ā€ŽBruno Corazzari, Rosalba Neri, Maria Grazia Buccella, Cristina Businari, Michaeel J. Pollardā€

Hmm, I have heard a rumor about an actor named Robbert Woods also regarding this release ?

Been looking around seeing if I could find any info on Wicked Visions’ 4K UHD of the Ringo films, and so far have come up empty. Wonder if it will still get that end of 2023 release?

The original link I found, and the one that is on the SWDB site, now goes directly to Day of the Locust. The link I found yesterday goes to the Savage Guns set.

so weird… ok fixed in the Db

I sense some trembling in the force… probably going to update the calendar a lot this week. Among other things, the French Death Rides a Horse is listed with a concrete date, again
