[Blu-ray] Latest and Upcoming Releases šŸ“€

Assuming this will be released on my side of the pond as well, I see no reason for a Django triple-dip as I already have the BU blu-ray and DVD. I have the Texas, Adios DVD by BU but the film doesnā€™t appeal to me enough to want to upgrade.

It says ā€œexclusive new restorationā€ so itā€™s hopefully better than ever.

Announced for November release: BD/DVD ā€œspecial edition mediabookā€ of I giorni dellā€™ira from Walluf-based company Fernsehjuwelen.

The more spaghetti westerns they sell, the more likely they are going to release more since it will appear to be a popular genre. Arrow have been good to fans lately, I want to see them do well and hopefully give us some more treats. Iā€™ve already recommended Sartana Does Not Forgive, Death Sentence and Long Days of Vengeance to them. I donā€™t mind double dipping if it means more spaghettis.

I find myself caught between these two trains of thought for the first time regarding an Arrow Spag. Every other release has been an immediate pre-order for me, but Iā€™m really not keen on Texas, Adios, a movie I already bought blind on DVD from BU. I doubt Iā€™m going to pre-order it now but, ultimately, Iā€™ll probably give in and pick it up anyway somewhere down the line if I see it in my local HMV while theyā€™re offering a 2 for Ā£25 (or, preferably, a 5 for Ā£30) on Arrow discs. If it sells out before I pick it up (I doubt it), Iā€™ll not be fussed at all.

Yes, I periodically hassle them for Death Sentence and El Puro.

I support the genre as best I can but I simply cannot afford to do that. I donā€™t have the means. I am still saving to get the Sartana box set.

nothing new, been listed in the SWDb for a while (the covers came out a few days ago, I think they look great), also the Grande Silenzio one. Both are re-releases of those already out. I doubt there will be any difference

Yes, nothing new, I know.

Good news from Germany:

BLACK JACK now has a release date. January 25, 2019.
According to Colosseo the blu ray will be english friendly

Then Colosseo also announced today the release of A MINUTE TO PRAY, A SECOND TO DIE on blu ray disc for February 2019. They will release the long version of 118 minutes. So about 20 Minutes more material compared to the US release.:smiley::smiley::smiley::smiley::smiley::smiley::smiley::smiley:

Finally filmArt approved they are still working on HATE IS MY GOD (L`ODIO E IL MIO ). They are currently scanning an Italian 35mm print. Release on blu ray now is planned for 2019. Keep fingers crossed.

Hopefully the Colosseo print of A Minute To Pray isnā€™t the Composite version.

For sure not.
It will be a brand new HD scan from negative.

Really? How do you know?

I know directly from the label.
It seems that the version is 119 Min. longā€¦they`re currently scanning.
