The Argentinean actor Alberto Mendoza has died today, 12 December 2011. He had been a patient in a Madrid hospital on account of a respiratory failure. He was 88.
De Mendoza appeared as Lucky Boy in A BULLET FOR SANDOVAL and as Thomas in THE FORGOTTEN PISTOLERO.

I never liked any of the characters de Mendoza portrayed, across the genres, but then most of the time he was playing a slimy scumbag, so that’s a tribute to him, really.
