Screenings Ticker

For those in the London area fancying an old fashioned movie marathon between Christmas and new year, the Prince Charles Cinema is screening the Dollars Trilogy back to back on December 29th from 3.45pm. All are 35mm prints apparently which will make a nice change and the ticket prices are £15 for members and £17.50 for non members which covers all three films.

Here’s the link to their webpage: http://www.princecharlescinema.com/events/events.php?seasonanchor=dollars

the Prince Charles might also be on the 70mm list for The Hateful Eight…

I’ll keep my eye out for that.

The Prince Charles, one of my favourite cinemas in London, is showing the Dollars trilogy back to back in September and the best news is they will all be from 35mm prints. Tickets are £12.50 for members / £17.50 for non-members. One ticket gets you in to all 3 films.

Funny thing - I realised recently that the Dollars Trilogy was screened in Dublin in April this year (www.ifi.ie) by the Irish Film Institute - they did not advertise it very well!
I similar post was placed on the SW forum in 2008 by “Cian” who also missed the screening of the same movies.

Do I have to travel abroad to see a SW film screening?
