Furio Scarpelli, simply known as Scarpelli, died today April 28th in Rome of heart problems. He was 90. Scarpelli along wih Age (Agenore Incrocci) wrote the screenplay for Sergio Leone’s “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly”.

This actually got some mainstream attention where I live. I have a 24 hour news channel called “CP 24” which features a news ticker. His passing was mentioned by the ticker.
