Surprisingly enough, I really enjoyed this one as well, I donāt think itās that bad. There is no denying that some scenes are excessively drawn out, some of that protractedness (is that a word?) really works for me on some occasions though, especially when followed by some gratifying outbursts of violence. The script is kind of on the more tenuous side, but there are also some moderately intriguing twists to the otherwise generic story that make the plot interesting enough. I have to say Dino Strano makes a great villain and is astonishingly charismatic here, which s something I didnāt expect to be perfectly honest. Admittedly, the flick is initially pretty deficient and invariably looks quite cheap, but it gradually gets better as the time goes by and ultimately ends up being pretty satisfying. Overall, some elements work, some donāt, but I donāt think itās that bad, I kinda like it.
I have to echo what some others have already stated - I liked this much more than I thought I would. I expected this to be lowest tier grade spaghetti, and while it certainly is in some aspects, I enjoyed it much more than most titles at this level. Lots of stunt dudes falling off horses and a great shoot out at the end. Geez, almost 10 minutes on that opening credits sequence. Iām not quite sure what it is about these kinds of spaghettis that I always like⦠maybe its something about the general absence of any real character or plot that lets me just exist in spaghetti land

This one fit into my āso bad, it was actually quite decentā category.
Most scenes (as others have noted) were horribly dragged out and overstayed their welcome, including that 8-9 minute introduction that had no right being 8-9 minutes long. An extremely slow paced story, I think I got 30 minutes in and very little had developed. Lots of very stiff acting and poor dialogue. But! Overall I think it had its own little sprinkle of spaghetti charm, which made me like it more than I should. I also didnāt realise there was a connection to El Puro here so it makes sense I enjoyed it a bit considering I love El Puro. Also I firmly recognised the town / set used in this one, just canāt remember from where.
Iām also a sucker for a simple and effective story and this had that perfectly IMO. If this featured a convoluted story my opinion would be far worse.
