To avoid confusions:

Cooper’s dream is in episode 2 on DVD but in #3 if you include the pilot as #1, as I had done in this thread.

On DVD the greatness loss starts after #16.

No, I’m the one who started the confusing with my way of counting, but since I read a (very good) german book, I’ll always do it automatically this way.
