‘The Violent Breed’ (aka ‘Keoma’) was the last Italian western of any note released in the UK. As support feature to ‘Young Lady Chatterley’ it was shown pretty much everywhere between 4th October 1977 - early July 1978. On television it first aired on ITV with all the dreaded regional variations: Wednesday 5th April 1995 (Anglia, Meridian, Channel 00:35 - 02:30), Tuesday 9th May 1995 (Yorkshire, Tyne Tees 01:35 - 03:25), Wednesday 14th June 1995 (Carlton, Central, Border, Grampian, Granada, HTV, Ulster, WestCountry 00:40 - 02:30).
