This is interesting. There is a lawsuit against MGM by PEA who owns among other things the rights to The Good, The Bad and The Ugly, in a dispute over MGM’s profit reporting and allocation
Looks like PEA may be getting A Fistful Of Dollars 
I remember reading about the PEA and MGM spat a year or so ago:
