Brought this up on the blu ray forums and other confirmed it. Seems to be an error sadly 
I sent them an email about it.
That sucks. Replacements would be nice if so, havenāt checked that out yet. Never got replacement covers for the spine picture errors on vengeance trails box set though. I know its only a minor error, but stillā¦

Yeah, that is very bad. Misrepresentation of the product.
And strictly a vanilla release. One trailer is only extra feature. Not what we expect from a Bluray release these days
