Still haven’t seen the film, but the book by Japrisot is one of the best French novels of the 20th century, as suspenseful as some of the best mystery novels by Philip Margolin or John Grisham, but far, far better written.

Absolutely I would recommend it - it is enjoyable and a fun movie - I don’t want to watch pretentious art-house movies every day of the week.
