Gordon Mitchell's Western town set

In the early 1970’s, during the dying days of the Spaghetti West, Gordon Mitchell thought good times still lay ahead and constructed a Western town set to rent out to productions. Did this place have a name? And was it the one featured in the climax of A COFFIN FULL OF DOLLARS?
